● Once processed, orders are dispatched using our chosen courier services.
● Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
● Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
● Estimated delivery times:
○ Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 business days
○ Express UK Delivery: 1-2 business days
○ International Delivery: 7-14 business days (subject to customs clearance)

3. International Shipping
● We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

4. Shipping Restrictions
● We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

● If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

● We will arrange for a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
7. Order Cancellations & Address Changes
● Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours if they have not been shipped.
● Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect address details.
