Returns Policy

At Aspire UMA Academy, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please take a moment to review our returns policy below:

1. Returns Eligibility:

·         We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.

·         To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2.  How to Initiate a Return:

·         To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@aspire-academy.co.uk within the return window mentioned above.

·         Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation if your item is eligible.

3.  Return Shipping:

·         Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

·         We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received.

·         We cannot accept returned items which have been worn or used. Returns must come to us in original packaging for re-stocking.

4.  Refunds:

·         Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·         If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

5.  Exchanges:

·         We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item. 

6.  Damaged or Defective Items:

·         If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, providing photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Return of goods at buyers cost and effort.

7.  Non-Returnable Items:

·         Some items are not eligible for returns, including all classes and courses unless under extraordinary circumstances. Where possible, alternative dates to attend the next class or course will be provided.

8.  Cancellations:

·         If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 48hrs of the order being placed. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
